How Often are Collections released?
A new collection will release once to twice a month. Each collection will have unique products suited to the theme of that particular collection. Keep an eye on our socials or subscribe to our email list to find out when the next collection is launching.
How do I measure my pets neck size?
Measure your pets neck where you want the collar to sit using the following methods:
- Measure your dogs neck with a sewing measuring tape
- Wrap a string around your pets neck and mark the string. Measure the l string with a tape measure or ruler
- Remove your pets current collar and measure from the centre of the buckle to the hole that was being used
How do I measure my pets head measurement?
Using either a sewing measuring tape or piece of string measure your pets head at the widest part. This will be just in front of the ears.
Can I put a number on the back of my tag?
Yes, absolutely. However, there is no choice of font or colour. We only use one font option for the number to ensure readability. We will also choose the colour for the number to ensure it is easily read, this may not always be the same colour as the name on the front of the tag.
What choices are there for the names on the tags?
There are 9 different font options to choose from:
You can also choose the colour you want the name to be and also a shadow colour if you like. The shadow/background colour is optional.
